I’m excited to share that it’s because of our excellent customer satisfaction rating that Dover Home Remodelers has been honored with Angie’s List Super Service Award for the second year in a row.
We just received word from Angie’s List last week about our selection as a 2014 Super Service Award recipient. It’s very satisfying to know that our customers are not only pleased with their Dover experience—but more so, that they are happy to share that feedback by posting reviews on Angie’s List. Those reviews serve as a barometer for us and we appreciate people taking the time to share their thoughts and experiences.
As an Angie’s List Super Service Award winner, Dover was required to meet strict eligibility requirements, which include an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade and review period grade—and we also had to be in good standing with Angie’s List based on its operational guidelines.
Once again, we’re so very pleased to be counted among the service companies highlighted by Angie’s List. And I know I speak for all of us at Dover when I say that we’ll do our very best to keep up the work that got us here.
