Our team at Dover was thrilled to be honored by NARI with a Contractor of the Year (CotY) Award for a kitchen renovation completed for our customer in Strongsville. Enjoy this final blog post by designer Chika Aizu that completes the project walkthrough, with details about our design.
Wrapping up this total kitchen transformation, these renderings and photos give you a complete 360-degree view of this new open-concept living space.
The end product is a sleek, modern kitchen with a functional layout that integrates all three spaces, which allows the family to be together and enjoy entertaining in an inviting, open layout.
The result met all the homeowners’ requirements, while exceeding their expectations. In their letter to Dover at the conclusion of the renovation, they shared their excitement about their new family living space:
“We felt crushed, crunched and smashed into a home with no space! We had an idea of what we wanted to do, though no plan for how to accomplish it.”
“Today, we feel peace, love and positive energy every day in our remodeled home. A far cry from the feelings prior to the remodel!” for how to accomplish it
This was a wonderful project to be a part of, from beginning to end. I was pleased that this project earned honorable mention honors in the 2017 NARI Contractor of the Year awards for kitchen remodels ($60,001- $100,000).
