The homeowners decided it was time to elevate their basement status from a storage area to a family living and entertainment space.

The total basement transformation included a fireplace and theater/family room area which opens to a meticulously designed custom bar, complete with granite surfaces; a cultured stone façade; built-in wine racks and lighted display cabinetry, all with appliances and sinks that make the beautiful space also fully functional. The lower level renovation required intricate soffit work for mechanicals and also included a new bathroom, recessed and specialty lighting throughout, with storage space strategically integrated and hidden from view.
