Our team at Dover is excited to welcome new Senior Architect Rick Pichola. Northeast Ohio is home to Rick; he grew up in Elyria, graduated from Elyria Catholic High School and earned his bachelor’s degree in architecture from Kent State University. He brings with him a great deal of talent and experience: Rick is a State-registered architect and has spent 25 years designing residential, senior residential, commercial, healthcare, retail and industrial buildings.
Clearly, Rick’s broad base of experience is an asset for our design
team here at Dover—but what’s also wonderful about Rick is his ability to connect with and understand customers. He is married with three young daughters, so he knows firsthand the demands and expectations for today’s multi-tasking family living space. On the opposite end of the spectrum, he has also designed safe, inviting senior living centers and chic, contemporary apartments. That is his talent: Rick is a pro at designing dynamic living spaces that are unique to the customer. He enjoys the challenge of creating designs that meet exact needs and lifestyles—and that are also affordable.
I hope you’ll get the opportunity to meet Rick. If you don’t get the chance to stop by our office, you might just run into him anyway…he is very active in the community. Rick is a board member of the Rocky River Campus Foundation, a coach for girls’ youth softball and basketball and an Upwards Sports basketball referee.
Stay on the lookout for good things from Rick and our entire design team at Dover!
The Best Is Yet To Come,
