At Dover, we are firm believers in the power of change. We’ve recently expanded our team of talented designers and shifted some resources—changes that are making a positive impact on our everyday operations. Here’s our latest news:
CHIKA AIZU
Many of you may already know her as one of Dover’s accomplished designers. Chika recently transitioned into her new position as estimator and CAD designer. Chika is excelling in this role: Our processes are moving more smoothly under her guidance and direction and expanding our 3D capability. And because Chika has a love for learning, the CAD and 3D design continues to stretch her mind and gives her the challenge that she enjoys. But don’t worry, Chika will continue to work with her past clients in a design capacity.
KERRY TABAR
Kerry joined us in January and has quickly grown into her role as an integral member of our design team. She has six years of residential design and selections experience—five of which were spent as a designer in new home construction. Kerry is great to work with: She’s got a keen eye for design and she’s also a good listener. Kerry translates all that she learns about her customers into livable designs that truly speak to their personal taste and project vision.
SCOTT FRANK
Scott joined our Dover design team last month. He is a transplant from central Ohio, where he grew up in his parent’s remodeling company in Columbus. Scott knows the construction business: He has 30+ years of experience and award winning designs to his credit and is well versed in all aspects of residential design and function. Scott is a certified NARI remodeler and a father of two teenagers, which explains his sense of humor and the fact that nothing seems to rattle him!
