We’re closing out the decade with gratitude and optimism.
At Dover, the last year in this decade brought together hard work, team unity and a great sense of accomplishment. Eileen, Beth and I are so blessed to have wonderful people working with us. We believe that with our veterans and our newer people, we have one of the best teams of all time.
It takes that balance to make a strong team: We think it is very important that our seasoned field staff works alongside our younger, greener associates to build the future for Dover—and it’s a future we’re excited about as we reflect on our accomplishments and gains in 2019:

- Kristin Sell, new assistant manager at the Dover Tile Store

- Brent Twining, new CAD designer
- Andrew Pickett, Tom Murdoch, Mike Fetsco, Andrew Ciehanoski, and Mike Navin new to the Dover production crew
Being in business for more than 35 years is an accomplishment. We have been able to do that because of our company philosophy that is rooted in honesty and integrity. In other words, we always do the right thing. We are proud of our team members, and because of their hard work, Dover is the best home remodeling company in our industry.
From employees, to trades, to vendors, but most importantly our customers, we thank each and every one of you for putting your faith in us. That trust is something that is never taken for granted and is truly appreciated.
