About Us

A partner in Dover Home Remodelers’ ongoing success, Eileen Orr has served in various capacities at Dover for more than 39 years. From Office Manager to Safety Coordinator, and Accountant to most recently, sales, Eileen’s experience and talents have helped to drive Dover’s growth and development. Focusing on the customer experience, she provides not only a keen eye for design but also an intuitive sense of how to bring the customers’ personalities and design inspirations to life. Her projects have been featured in numerous publications and she is a recipient of a Contractor of the Year (CotY) award.

Eileen and her husband, Jim, enjoy entertaining and spending time with their grown children and their families.

You could say that Beth Orr has been with Dover Home Remodelers her whole life. Her parents, Jim and Eileen Orr, founded the Company in 1984, so Beth has essentially grown up as a part of the family business. She started out working part-time in the summers filing papers—and it grew from there. Today, with years of hands-on experience to her credit and an educated eye for design, Beth is one of Dover’s talented project designers. She also manages marketing and advertising for the Company.

In her free time, Beth enjoys spending time with her dog, Penelope, while exploring all of the wonderful things that Cleveland has to offer.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the flooring industry, Tschaun Procaccini offers a unique level of knowledge and expertise in the selection, performance and installation of flooring products, including carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl and ceramic tile. Tschaun is an excellent resource for Dover customers: He educates homeowners, providing product guidance based on both aesthetics and functionality—allowing customers to make well-informed decisions that meet their specific requirements and expectations.

Married for more than 15 years, Tschaun and his wife, Jill, have a daughter, Lily, and son, Carmen, who keep them busy with a balanced mix of competitive athletics and relaxing family time.

With more than 39 years of experience in the paint and flooring industry, James Giar is an industry expert. His unique product command stems from his installation background: James worked as a carpet installer before entering the sales force. He is field trained by career contractors in all aspects of flooring and installation with firsthand experience in retail, new home, residential and commercial projects. James is also an illustrator and painter—creative talents that aid in helping clients make confident product choices in color and design.

Away from work, James is an instructor for BAYarts, where he teaches illustration and cartooning to children and teens. He enjoys running, boxing, hiking and traveling. An avid reader, James prioritizes and values time spent with family, including his two daughters and four grandchildren.

Kristin Sell joined the team at Dover with more than 16 years of home remodeling industry experience. Her broad-based expertise includes tile, vinyl, carpet, hardwood, window blinds, cabinets and countertops. With a career spent in home renovation, Kristin is a fabulous resource regarding product performance and installation—and she also has a designer’s eye. Customers trust Kristin for her help selecting the products and fixtures that bring their home design visions to life.

Kristin grew up on a Christmas tree and reindeer farm in Northern Ohio. She is a mother of two grown children and one fur baby. An avid creative, Kristin spends her free time refinishing furniture, crafting, baking, cooking and creating over-the-top Halloween displays. She also loves spending time outdoors, camping and gardening.
