Classic Tudor Open Flow Transformation

This classic brick Tudor had all the right stuff—hardwood floors, built-ins and pocket doors—but the choppy, cramped layout begged for a redesign to transform the outdated interior into functional living space.

The renovation eliminated the wall between the kitchen and living room to create a spacious gourmet kitchen featuring quartz countertops and grey subway tile backsplashes, a large island with seating, a custom coffee bar and display cabinetry. The open-concept space flows effortlessly into the family room and adjoining dining room. Beautifully restored hardwood flooring unifies the space.

Also a part of the remodel is a new mudroom with a custom built-in bench and cubbies and a fabulous master bathroom that reflects the integrity of the home’s history with large-profile molding and custom cabinetry.
